As often seems the case, I've gone a bit overboard....
Ideally I hope to tidy up the commit history a bit, but figured I'd open this PR now anyway...
The primary changes are:
conf/adminerscript andmk/adminer.mk+ adjustments to other adminer relatedmkfilesadminer.cssfile - to override default theme css, cleaning up the UI a bittkl-index.php&tkl-login.php) to/etc/adminer& add newadminer.css; now the only thing we put in/usr/share/admineris a symlink to/etc/adminer/adminer.cssOther bits:
