Remove broken Influenster site (Cloudflare-blocked, no API workaround)

Influenster.com is blocked by Cloudflare bot protection, returning challenge pages for all requests. No public API endpoint exists to bypass it (unlike Fandom, Substack, hashnode which were fixed via urlProbe).

• Removed Influenster entry from maigret/resources/data.json
• Removed corresponding line from sites.md

The entry was already disabled: true — removing it entirely since there is no viable check method and no indication the Cloudflare situation will change.
