[WIP] Add service to pull SNIa alerts from LSST

Thanks for asking me to work on this. I will get started on it and keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

I want to create a service to pull alerts from LSST from Lasair and Fink that are pre-classified to be SNIa. Generate a board to visualize them, display their stamps and so on, so we can inspect together in the group meeting (i am a researcher in astrophysics and cosmology).
The scale should be as small as possible, as we don't have big computers to run this. I have a spare laptop but could be good to host it in the lab machines in the future.
I also want to have a simple data sample export tool, so I apply classifiers and do some other tasks as in SNANA or similar frameworks
