[WIP] Add monokai theme

This is my first attempt to create a monokai theme (based on the gruvbox
theme and using the colors from terminal.sexy:

I then made some changes to dark.css to improve readability.

Thanks, this is cool! I ran make screenshots and looked at some of the ones for monokai, and some of them have some readability issues (not referring to the ones that are basically blank because of JavaScript), so I guess it needs some more tweaking. Of course, you did say WIP. :)

Just to be clear, you mean dark.styl, right? Because the CSS files should never be modified by hand.

Please do continue improving this new theme! When it's ready, I'll be happy to merge it.
