- Add paginated loading to People > All contacts - Initially shows 30 contacts, 'Load More' button reveals more - Loads 30 at a time until all contacts displayed - Uses same pattern as mail pagination Fixes issue RetroShare#38 - Lazy pagination required in the people->All contacts
