This update focuses on flexible publishing control plus some bug fixes and optional more detailed logging on publish failures

Added optional image association behavior, so users can choose between shared-image association and per-album custom export workflows.
Added per-album custom export settings support.
Added keyword removal by filtering during publish.
Fixed issue #45: unable to remove photos from Piwigo.
Improved association update logic so that when an existing image is associated with a new album, it is force re-uploaded if it has been edited in Lightroom since first upload.
Option to log extra information to a folder 'PiwigoPublishDebug' if upload failures are encountered - specifically to try and resolve #17
