Select source and destination albums in the Settings page of the app
Create an automation shortcut that will add recent photos to the upload queue
Plug your device to its charger and let iOS launch the uploads whenever appropriate

NB: You can also ask Siri to add recent photos to the upload queue by saying e.g. "Siri, upload my photos to Piwigo".
