This PR updates the migration guide regarding removal of the "Home" navigation item
It was rendered on mobile and tablet only but is no longer supported:
homeprop in v6.0.0nhsuk-header__navigation-item--homein v10.0.0For consistency, all navigation items are now rendered by all devices
