ticket-management-system, or TMS, helps you keep track of tickets, tasks, or issues in an organized way. It works well for teams or individuals who need to manage requests, bugs, or assignments. This system keeps all information in one place, making it easier to follow the progress and keep work on schedule.
TMS uses modern technologies behind the scenes to provide a fast and secure experience. You don’t have to worry about setup details or technical terms. This guide takes you step-by-step through getting the application running on a Windows PC.
Before you start, check that your computer meets these basic needs:
- Operating system: Windows 10 or later
- CPU: 2 GHz or faster processor
- RAM: At least 4 GB
- Disk space: Minimum of 500 MB free
- Internet connection: Required for setup and updates
If your computer meets these requirements, you are ready to install TMS.

Click this link to visit the place where you can get the app:
Download TMS on GitHub -
Choose the right file
Look for the latest release version. It will be named with a number, like “v1.0” or “v1.2”. Inside that, find the Windows installer file. It usually ends with.exe. -
Download the file
Click the.exefile to download it. The file size is around 100 MB, but it may vary. Save it to a location you can find easily, such as your Downloads folder or Desktop. -
Run the installer
Double-click the file you downloaded. A setup window will open. Follow the instructions on the screen. Usually, this means clicking “Next,” agreeing to the license, and choosing where you want the program installed — the default folder usually works fine. -
Finish the installation
When the setup finishes, it may ask if you want to start TMS right away. You can choose to launch it or open it later from the Start menu.
After installation, open the program from the Windows Start menu or desktop shortcut.
- Create new tickets: Add details like title, description, priority, and status.
- View tickets list: See all tickets sorted by status or deadline.
- Edit tickets: Update information as needed.
- Assign tickets: Pick team members or yourself to handle tasks.
- Search and filter: Quickly find tickets by keywords, status, or date.
- Notifications: Get alerts for ticket updates or deadlines (if enabled).
The application interface uses simple menus and buttons. You won’t need to use codes or commands. Everything works through clicking and typing in forms.
-
Open TMS.
-
Create an account or sign in.
If this is your first time, the app might ask you to create an account using your email and a password. This keeps your tickets secure and lets you access your data later. -
Set up your workspace.
You can organize tickets by projects, teams, or departments. This step helps keep your work separated if your system handles many different types of tickets. -
Adjust preferences.
Choose how you want notifications, appearance, and other options to work. These settings are usually found in the “Settings” or “Preferences” menu.
