- adds full analog stick support (thanks @wormyrocks!)
- changes the format of the input reports from 0x3f to 0x30
- includes full debug mode dll files so people stop having issues launching (I give up trying to get it to work the proper way)
- some beginning pieces of YAML/config file support
- compatible with the new ViGEm installer
