Forecasted variables should include:
- 2m temperature
- max/min 2m temp (IFS and GFS have this)
- 2m RH
- 2m Wet Bulb Temperature* [1]
- 10m Wind speed [2]
- GHI
- [maybe?] DNI
- [maybe?] total cloud cover
- [maybe?] surface/soil temperature
- [maybe?] precipitation
Also consider adding:
- time-lagged observed temperature**
- other observations?
* Calculating wet bulb
NWPs don't seem to have wet bulb.
** Need to find a real-time analysis dataset? Maybe GFS/GDAS analysis, or RTMA? Also consider HRRR f00.
