Feat/mascot agent new chatpage (#212)

* Refactor member and team list population in SuperSolutionPage to exclude current app members and teams. Update HoverActionIcon tooltip content for clarity. Remove unnecessary console log in UserModalPopOver. Delete unused compound index in solutionMember model.

* Enhance MentionInput to prevent empty submissions on Enter key press and ensure prompt state updates only if setPromptState is defined.

* Add new SVG character assets and update various components

- Introduced multiple new SVG files for brain and solution characters, including aqua, cool, earth, electric, nature, soft, vibrant, and warm themes.
- Updated , , and several component files to enhance functionality and styling.
- Added new utility functions and types to improve code organization and maintainability.
- Created new components like  and  to support UI enhancements.
