Fix `invalid` terminology on inventory generation

The inventory genereation has a special invalid: true for functions which is function-level for "reject on load" but a bit vague and confusing with "reject" and the ebpf-samples "invalid" project. This should be changed to simply say "reject" or whatever needed.
