Make Testimonial section dynamic

This is to implement backend functionality to perform CRUD operations on the Testimonials display as against the present hard-coded display.

Admin should be able to create new testimonials on the CMS and upload their Images(using Cloudinary) using specified size.
Admin should be able to edit testimonials content.
*Admin should be able to delete any testimonial.

The frontend should display testimonials fetched from the system.
