[3.1.286] Missing Chinese language pack (luci-i18n-amlogic-zh-cn)

Issue Description

The Chinese language pack file luci-i18n-amlogic-zh-cn_3.1.286_all.ipk is missing from release 3.1.286.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to luci-app-amlogic plugin page
2. Click "Check for Updates"
3. Plugin detects version 3.1.286 is available
4. Click Update button
5. Language pack download fails with 404 error

Technical Details

• Download URL: https://github.com/ophub/luci-app-amlogic/releases/download/3.1.286/luci-i18n-amlogic-zh-cn_3.1.286_all.ipk
• Result: 404 Not Found
• Only Russian language pack exists in this release
