recurring of reader restart and reader stopping

I have the problem in windows 10 , python 3.8.5, anaconda3 of reader restaring and reader stopping. I look up the issues but I found that this kind of issue is closed. so I think there must be somebody who has solved the problem. Please tell me the method,

The problem is :
when I run the example.py , it keeps "restarting reader initializing reader thread.... reader detected serial number:UD20190115003DCE reader thread restarted reader stopping " cycle appearing.
