Repro Steps:

1. Launch application URL: https://makecode.microbit.org/
2. Home page will open.
3. Tab to "Import" button and press enter key.
4. Tab through the controls appearing under "Import" dialog.
5. Tab to "Your GitHub Repo" option and press enter key.
6. Tab to "Sign In" control under Sign in with GitHub and enter valid credentials.
7. Tab to "Create New" control under "Clone or create your own GitHub repo" and Press enter. "Create GitHub Repository dialog will open.
8. Tab to "Repository name" and Repository Description" edit field.
9. Observe the issue.

Note: Similar issue is also observed on below Screens

1. "Import URL" dialog
2. Editor Screen "search" field.

Actual:

The placeholder text in input fields within the "Create GitHub Repository" dialog has a contrast ratio of 3.64:1, which is below the required minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text.

Expected result:

The color contrast ratio of the placeholder text against its background in the input fields for the "Create GitHub Repository" should be at least 4.5:1 and must be easily visible to users.

User impact:

Users with low vision or contrast sensitivity may find it difficult to read placeholder text, leading to confusion about required input and impacting form usability.
