[Feature] sound file inclusion in albums (m4a, aac, mp3, flac)

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I'd like to be able to include a sound file (iPhone Voice Memo, android Recorder) in my photo albums.

You can record a video: and it's good to go for photo album inclusion. Only a picture: also good. But only audio?: Oh no, that's out of scope. It has to be converted into a video: now it's good!

There's something really special about listening to yourself, or a friend, share a story, tell a joke, or recount an event. Like a black and white photo: it requires the viewer or listener, to draw on their own memories and intermix them with what they're consuming. This makes the memory special, and brings that person back to that moment, sharing that moment with whomever is talking.

If it's just an audio file, you could optionally include visualizations that can be on or off. An EQ bar, an old winamp visualization, blackness, or photo. Or rolling photos ... aaaaand we're into Power Point. Crazy how the inclusion of something more basic (?) is such a slippery slope.
