RDF4J-STF-M1: Dependency Management

• Audit and upgrade all major third-party dependencies (Spring, Spring Boot, Jetty etc.)
• Remove all dependencies on Apache Commons HTTP Client 4
• Implement a new HTTP Client Abstraction/Facade with an Apache Commons HTTP Client 5 module
• Migrate Lucene dependency from Lucene 8 to Lucene 9/10 (adapt fuzzy and geometry search to changed APIs)
• Migrate search integration to the official Elasticsearch client
• Drop Solr support to ease future upgrades
