PROV-O: add inverse properties

Problem description

PROV-O has a list of suggested reverse properties https://www.w3.org/TR/prov-o/#inverse-names
Currently these properties are not listed in org.eclipse.rdf4j.model.vocabulary.PROV

Preferred solution

Add these properties as static final values in th Java class
