Idea Description

Build up our capacity of Moderators/Admins/Helpers across our platforms. With a big enough cohesive team we could then be available to smaller related endeavours online or to the online conferences reducing the burden for event organisers

Our platforms vary widely with the number of Staff roles. This aims to help elevate these gaps
