Idea Description

Ideally a single person shouldn't be able to say delete the Discord Server if they decide to, or get offended etc... Therefore top level permissions should be associated with a generic community account owned by the djangoproject.com domain.

Which existing platform's would this idea affect?

  • Forum
  • Discord
  • Github
  • elsewhere (tell us in the description)

Rationale

We currently rely on the good will of those holding power to not abuse that power which could be very dangerous for the community at large.

Problem

Ensure that no one person can perform serious destructive actions.

Would you like to be involved in this idea?

  • I would like to be involved in progressing this idea.
  • I am only suggesting this idea, but I do not want to be involved.
