Cancel reminder in DB for blacklisted numbers #348
We get this response from Twilio when we try to send some reminders:
https://support.twilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/223133627--The-message-From-To-pair-violates-a-blacklist-rule-when-sending-messages
Which means someone unsubscribed by replying by SMS. We should cancel the reminder when we get this response from Twilio.
