The site should automatically check video sources (YouTube and CSpan) for new videos and mark them as unprocessed.
All unprocessed videos should be listed in a staging area called the "inbox" for processing.
Once in the inbox, an admin with sufficient privileges should be able to accept or reject each video for inclusion in the library.
- If rejected, the video source should be flagged as having been processed.
- If accepted, the video source should be extracted, and a new video should be auto-created with attributes inherited from source. The admin should be able to override/edit these auto-populated values before being redirected to the video show page.
