Add ACPKit to registry

ACP Kit is a mono-repo and home for ACP related frameworks, especially turning Agent surfaces into ACP servers with simple/advanced configurations. ACP Kit is about to release V1.0 and currently ships 5 packages:

• ACP Kit: Common CLI to manage agents able to run, serve, expose and launch.
• Pydantic ACP: Turns any Pydantic Agent into ACP server with a lot of harness features.
• LangChain ACP: Turns any LangChain/LangGraph/DeepAgents Agent into ACP server with a lot of harness features.
• Codex Auth Helper: Creates Pydantic/LangChain compatible model clients for existed Codex login.
• ACP Remote (Experimental): Lets any ACP server talk over WebSocket and an adapter for exposing existed ACP commands as remote ACP clients (STDIO <=> WSS)
