Feature Request: Add support for HDMI displays

I would be great if boards like the Adafruit Fruit Jam and similar microcontrollers with HDMI ports to were able to add a connected display to Wippersnapper, but it is not supported.

Also, it would be great if the connected display could display a set dashboard.

@colinvail6 Thanks for filing an issue. Yes, I agree! We are going to be playing with some new ideas for displays in WipperSnapper v2 beta and I will keep HDMI output in mind.
