ability to quickly unhide comments for a video

Feature description

There is an option in the settings to hide comments by default, but there's no way to view the comments for one particular video when you actually want to see the comments.

Make a button at the bottom to "show comments" when a user has comments disabled in the settings so that we can see the comment for that one video which we happen to want to see the comments

It can't be that setting the comments to disabled gets rid of comments permanently and that's the end of that.

Every once in a while there comes a video where you actually have to read the comments. And users who choose to have comments disabled by default have no way to view those comments without going through the settings and then setting the settings back.
