Allow setting of ignored filenames/folders for the template folder list.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The make.md plugin will create a subfolder in the template folder to store some metadata. When combining this with a cross device setup, I can not use the ".space" filename, which would make the folder ignored in most circumstances.

If there was a way to either ignore the names of entries in the template folder, I could add "space" as a name to ignore.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, if the templater plugin would ignore the name that is specified in the make.md configuration, that would be even more intuitive, but less flexible.

Additional context
This only is (afaik) relevant in the context of using make.md with a changed space folder name. So a nuisance, but not a "bug" per se.

Can you help me understand what problem this would solve? I understand the scenario, but I don't understand why it's a problem for you. I'm not saying it isn't a problem, I just want to understand.
