[Bug]: cleanup on dotnet-sdk is creating a error.

This seems to happen when you are trying to upgrade or uninstall.

For now, the solution seems to manually delete the locked files and run the cleanup command again.

Yes, that seems to be the only option. I also sometimes have to end it using Task Manager, but that's really inconvenient

For file occupation (e.g., DLL), the current common practice is to manually stop the process or log out and try again.
