Investigate/test pe file issue on pfSense

In current iterations of pfSense headshot compilations, an issue occurs when swapping the binaries.
Current environement: compile on FreeBSD, copy to pfSense, swap nginx.
Ideas: use which nginx, restart box. Copy over missing binary
