Check and link piwigo structure does not take into account album settings private/public

• Per album custom export settings is ON
• The album exists in Adobe Lightroom and has the option 'Album is private' disabled, i.e. should be public

Steps performed:

1. Deleted album on piwigo site
2. Used the Check and Link Piwigo Structure to have album created again.

Result:
The album created on the piwigo site is private, while the album in Adobe Lightroom has the option Album is private disabled.

I would expect that the Check and Link Piwigo Structure & when publishing images in album the Piwigo album gets the private/public set as defined in Adobe Lightroom.
