[BUG] When not sharing location, Locus app still accesses location

Describe the bug

When Locus application location permission is set to Allow all the time
And not sharing location within the app
Locus still periodically accesses device location

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Locus Location permission
2. Set it to Allow all the time
3. Do not initiate any location sharing process within the app
4. See that application still tries to access location for no reason

Expected behaviour

Even when location permission of the app is set to Allow all the time, when not sharing location I expect the app to not access my location.

I have the same issue (I am on GrapheneOS as well, using the same version of Locus).

To clarify, this not only happens when no shares are active ("No active shares" at the bottom), but also when there are no shares at all, i.e., the Shares Overview list is empty.
