Documentation of MusicProcessing.jl

Just keeping notes of what needs to be done:

• Introduction and purpose
• Loading, play, write a audio file method(None of these work yet independently by MusicProcessing.jl)
• Basic Waveplot
• Cover mono, resample, nframes, nchannels, duration, pitchshift, speedup, slowdown
• Cover spectrogam, melspectrogram and mfcc with their plots
• Make the documentation and music analysis in a way optimized for working with Pluto.jl and vscode I think(as they are future
• References(Not sure if we need this yet)
