a way to import all units at once (DefaultSymbols)?

Hi, thanks so much for this package!

I like how Unitful.jl includes a DefaultSymbols baremodule so that I can just type using Unitful.DefaultSymbols and immediately have the symbols for meter, kilogram, etc.

Might it be worth adding similar functionality to UnitfulAstro?

Howdy! This is an interesting question. While convenient in limited cases, doing this seems like it would be an anti-pattern overall. See here and here for examples where the name collisions this would introduce would cause issues.

As an alternative to importing each bare unit explicitly, we can also import UnitfulAstro with a shorter alias:

julia> using UnitfulAstro: UnitfulAstro as UA

julia> UA.Msun
M⊙

but that's really just the same number of characters as calling it the standard way: u"Msun"
