The Ginan team is pleased to release Ginan patch v4.1.1

Highlights:

• Fix issue reading RINEX files in Windows binaries (CRLF-ended format)
• Allow station / receivers names to start with a number in config (e.g. 4RMA00AUS)
• Introduce reading of GLONASS satellites for RNX2 files
• Various updates to the GUI:
  • Apriori position as config option in interface
  • Ability to run faster rate clocks (1 Hz -> 100 Hz)
  • SINEX downloading and validation
  • Verify downloads against CDDIS checksums
  • Use archived products if available

Dear Ginan team,

First of all, thank you very much. However, after downloading the latest version of Ginan 4.1.1, I am unable to effectively access Docker and the data download link at https://peanpod.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/aux/data. Additionally, the software introduction files provided with the latest version have not been updated, including the tutorial videos on YouTube. Could you please assist with this? 1. S3 Data Access & Automated Downloads

Regarding the S3 data links (including /data, /products): these directories are intentionally restricted to prevent public listing of the bucket contents. However, all individual files are fully accessible if you have the direct path.

To simplify this, we have included helper scripts in the latest version to automate the process:

• Use inputData/data/getData.sh for observation data.

• Use inputData/products/getProduct.sh for products.

The full list of available files and their specific paths can also be found in the .list files located within the inputData folder.

2. Docker Access Troubleshooting

To help us assist you with the Docker access issue, could you please provide more information? Specifically:

The exact command you are running (e.g., docker pull or docker run).

Any specific error messages or logs you are receiving (e.g., "Access Denied," "401 Unauthorized," or network timeouts).

Your operating system and Docker version.

3. Software Introduction & Tutorials

We would appreciate it if you could provide specific examples of which parts of the introduction files or documentation feel outdated. This will help us prioritize future updates. Regarding the YouTube tutorial videos, we currently do not have plans to update them in the immediate term, but your feedback is valuable for our future planning.
