How do i use these programs

I have no idea how to open these tools, i downloaded thr rxes on the site but they seem to not to anything

These are mostly command line tools and they lack documentation.
The converters work by dropping files on the executable (e.g. to convert to png, drop a xyz file on xyz2png.exe)

Time to write some manual pages I guess.
