Bug Description

After creating a new topic, 'Default Topic' is displayed at the top of the topic list. Using the keyboard shortcut (default Ctrl+Shift+M) to open the model list and switch models causes the newly created 'Default Topic' to be deleted after a successful model switch, and Cherry automatically opens the previous topic in the list. Switching models by clicking the model name in the UI with the mouse does not cause this problem.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click UI button or use keyboard shortcut to create a new topic
2. Use Ctrl+Shift+M to open the model list and select a model (can be the currently in-use model or another model)

Expected Behavior

The model switch should succeed and stay on the current topic (the newly created default topic), consistent with the behavior of switching models by clicking the model name in the UI.

新建话题后，话题列表顶部显示"默认话题"。使用快捷键（默认的ctrl+shift+m）调出模型列表切换模型。切换模型成功后，刚才新建的"默认话题"被删除，cherry自动打开话题列表中的上一个话题。鼠标点击UI中的模型名称来切换模型不会导致这个问题
