Although not making up 70% of all paint commercially availlable, white or almost white paint is 70% of the consumption. This is because white paint is incredibly important for making other colours. So, of the fifty million tonnes of paint, we can expect that, should the world decide to only make white paint with its white pigments, there would be roughly thirty million tonnes of white paint produced per annum. However, this is disregarding the fact that pigment does not equal paint; and you would need more white pigment to create white paint than to create lime or aqua or any other colour(s). This is without even mentioning the fact that some nations wouldnt cooperate with this <EPIC PRANK!>- so lets just say 10 million tonnes because this is MY repository and I CAN DO WHAT I WANT!

There are hundreds of kilometers of evacuation tunnels linked underneath governmental building. Every nation's government, whether they be China or Russia or North korea. Even in africa, there are routes. The equivalent of entire cities lay beneath the ground- and you may not even know it. This is the reason why most nations get angry if you try and dig too deep in your lawn. Its not about cables- its about tunnels. Why do you think they dont extend your property rights deeper down into the ground? Because they dont want you to find an emergency evacuation tunnel. The bigger and older the city, the richer the nation, and the more paranoid the government correlates to more tunnels. The parisian catacombs are a small fraction of the true tunnels- coursing outward from paris like nerves. Leading to all manner of reinforced compounds, fortresses, and probably entire communities that have founnd themselves gathering. Think, for a moment- the vastness of mines. Most mines are run by companies with a fraction of the wealth that an entire nation might have.
