Feature Request: Add more App Icon variants (like YouTube-style logos)

Hi Developer,
I'm a regular user of the Flow app. I noticed that the number of available app icons has been reduced from 5 to 4. I would love to see more creative icon options added back, especially some that resemble the YouTube logo style or more Material You variants.

I understand the concern about app size and bloat. However, app icons are usually very small in size (SVG/WebP format) and don't significantly increase the APK size. Many users love to customize their home screens, and having a few more icon choices (especially a classic red/white one) adds a lot of value to the user experience without making the app heavy.
Maybe we could have a few high-quality, diverse options instead of removing the feature entirely?

I'm with you on this one, but still users want more control, i removed the monochrome icon because because it had some rendering issues on some devices and i could find the cause, the rest of the icons worked fine, i might re-add it if i find a way to fix it

the current default one was the red and white, but i change it to red on red, i will make a icon that matches the yt logo

Thanks for the clarification, @A-EDev! It's great to know that you value user control. If the monochrome icon gets fixed, it would be a wonderful addition. Also, if possible, please consider adding a YouTube-style red/white icon variant in the future. Many users find it easier to recognize on their home screen. Keep up the great work!

I’m only okay with removing App icons feature if the app size is actually stopping a really good new feature from being added. The app is already very small anyway. I don't really get why Droid-ify has a 30MB limit when the app cache can easily go over 200MB after using it for a bit. That makes the actual APK size kind of a non-issue for storage. Unless taking this out helps add something much better, I think it’s worth keeping it for the extra few MBs.

And its considering I dont even use flow app icons since I use niagara launcher custom icon pack.[I personally like the freedom it comes with even if I don't use it.]

tbh if someone cares about customization they will probably be using a custom launcher anyways

"I totally agree with @Spy-God. APK size isn't really an issue here compared to the user experience it provides. And since @A-EDev (the owner) has already kindly agreed to add the YT-style icon, I think most users will be very happy with that. Thanks again for listening to the community!"
